Sign up to get your next statement electronically, and your account will be free of the Monthly Maintenance fee! Just log in to Online Banking and select Self Service. Change your e-Statement option to receive a notice by email when your next statement is ready. You'll receive a notice by email on or about the first of the month when your statement is ready.
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
Your logon ID is your account number (unless you have changed it.) If you have forgotten your security code, select the Forgot Security Code link to retrieve it. To use this feature, you must have a current email address on file with the credit union.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you may sign up online.
Step 2: Set Your e-Statement Preference
Select the Self Service tab, then select e-Statements
Follow the prompts and and select to agree to the terms and conditions. After your first e-Statements arrive (usually the following month or quarter) you will be able to search for them by date.
Step 3: You're all set to receive e-Statements!
You will receive an email each time a new statement is available. Log in and view your e-Statement under Self Service, then select e-Statements. Please be sure to keep us up-to-date on your email and postal address. You can change your email address in Online Banking by selecting Personal Information, under Self Service.
The fine print: A $25 balance is required for e-Statements. A valid email address is required. You must have internet access and a browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Safari or Firefox version 5 or higher, and Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8 or higher to view your e-Statements and disclosures. Online sign up is required. Enrolling for e-Statements does not exempt your account from other fees.
e-Statement FAQs
I signed up for e-Statements, but I'm not getting an email notice. Can I still view my statements?
If you are signed up for e-Statements and not receiving email notices, please check your spam filter settings. You'll also want to check whether the email address we have on file is your most current. To do this, log into Online Banking and select 'Self Service' then 'Personal Information.' You will be able to see and change the email address you have on file for e-Statements. As long as you are signed up for e-Statements, they will be available online whether or not you receive the email. Please bear in mind if you have a savings only account, statements are sent quarterly.
Can I get a printed copy of my e-Statement?
You can view and print your statement online through Online Banking without having to wait for the mail! (Requires free Acrobat reader). If you would like the credit union to print you a copy, there is a fee for this service.
How long are e-Statements available online?
Statements are available in Online Banking for 11 months. You can save your statements on your computer, or print them. If you need statements which were issued before you signed up for e-Statements, or are older than 11 months, contact the Credit Union. (We recommend that you save your statements for 1 year or longer).
How can I get a copy of a statement that is not available online?
Give us a call at 323-505-2600 and we can get you a copy of a past statement. There is a fee for this service.
Is there a minimum balance required for e-Statements?
The minimum to maintain an account with the credit union is $25 in savings. With e-Statements, your account is free of monthly fees with your $25 minimum. Your account can also be free of monthly fees if you use Direct Deposit, have a combined average balance of $1,500+ or more* have a loan of $1 or more (excluding credit cards) or are under 18 or over 65.
