Please note: Visa EZ card info is now unavailable. Automatic payments made through EZ card info will not occur after 10/27/13 You will be able to see balances and make payments using Online Banking starting soon. If you do not see your Visa Balance, select "Show all accounts" in Online Banking. History and transactions for Visa cards are not yet available.
Activating your card:
• Activating your card(s): If asked for your zip code, use the full zip code on the mailer for your card. Example: if the zip code is 90032-1234, enter all 9 digits.
• Any additional cardholders will receive cards with their own card numbers. This means each card must be activated separately. If cards are ever lost or stolen, a block can be placed on the lost/stolen card without blocking other owners.
Your new credit card program will include:
- Easier online access through Online Banking: Starting October 28, you will be able to view your card balance and make payments through Online Banking, no separate login and password needed!
- Same great rates and low fees!
As part of these changes, expect your new card to arrive between October 15 and 22. Please note:
- Your new card may be activated at any time after you receive it by calling the number on the activation sticker. If asked for your zip code, enter your zip plus four (as printed on the address label)
- Your old card will stop working October 27 approximately midnight.
- Keep your old card until your new card starts working October 28.
- Don't forget to give your new card number to any merchants you pay automatically.
For example: Gym memberships, utilities, saved payment methods used on sites such as Amazon.com & other merchants - After 10/27/13 mail payments to 2445 Mariondale Ave, Los Angeles CA 90032.
If you accidentally have sent your payment to the old address, we will still recieve it.
If you use another bank's Bill Payer service to send payments, don't forget to update the payment address. You will also be able to schedule payments in Online Banking after October 28. - Your debit card program will not change.
EZ Card Info will be unavailable after October 27. To schedule automatic payments, use one of the following options:
- Log into Online Banking and schedule an automatic transfer from your credit union account to your Visa (available after Oct 28).
Your upcoming payment due dates are:
- October 12
- November 12
- December 25 (may be paid on the 26th due to the Christmas holiday)
- Thereafter the 25th of each month, or next business day if the 25th falls on a non-business day.

About your statements:
- Starting in November, you will see your Visa Credit Card activity as part of your regular credit union statement.
- If you are using e-Statements for your Credit Union checking or savings accounts, your Visa statement will also be provided via e-Statements.
- If you would like to change your statement options, log into Online Banking and select Self Service, then e-Statements. You can select e-Statements or paper statements. If you have forgotten your security code (password) select the forgot security code link at login to retrieve it. Your user ID will be your account number, unless you have changed it.
